Visible Light Sensors

The NaPiCa is a Photo IC device that is optimized to detect wavelengths that are visible to the human eye (380nm to 780nm). Cd-free and Pd-free, the NaPiCa comes with a built-in photocurrent amplifier in a Miniature SMD package - 1.0mm L x 3.2mm W x 1.0mm H. Typical applications include vending machines, LCD displays and security systems.
